Q

Can an XP Home machine connect to an NT4 domain?

Is it possible for a workstation running XP Home to connect to an NT4 single-server domain?
Unfortunately Windows XP Home Edition is not for domain environments. The operating system has been designed for simple workgroup environments and will, therefore, not connect to a domain. If you need to connect to a domain, you will need to upgrade to Windows XP Professional.
