Changing a user password in adminstrator is not working

Changing a user password in adminstrator is not working

How do you make a change password for a user take place? Something has happened to my user name logon and changing password under administrator is not working. Thanks.

In the User Manager for Domains in Windows NT, or in the Computer Management program in Window 2000 Professional, get the properties for the user account in question and select the checkbox "User must change password at next logon."
