Displaying hidden windows

I have a worm and believe it is running hidden windows. I know on Svr-03-E I can show all windows, or at least I have the command to do so. Do you know how to do such on WinXP-Home.

Process Explorer will show all running processes but I'm not aware of a tool that will show all open windows. Check out Process Explorer first and see if you can find a rogue process that way.
