Q

How to restore computer after accidental AOL installation

I am connected to the Internet through my cable and I use AOL for my e-mail. I mistakenly downloaded AOL 9.0 and my computer went nuts. I lost all my info and had to reboot from the beginning as there wasn't even a restore point to use. Now I cannot figure out how to sign onto Windows as the administrator. I am also not able to find an account that is already established. Do you have any suggestions?
