Preventing Win XP & Win2k Pro clients from logging on to local machines

How can I prevent Win XP & Win2k Pro clients (especially local administrators) from logging on to their clients' machines? I want to let them log on only to their domain.
The best practice to keep users from logging onto a local machine as administrator is not to give them administrative privileges on their own machine.
