Removing virus "W32.Mytob.AQ@mm"

I have Exchange 2003 installed on a Windows 2003 server. My server is updated with the latest Symantec AntiVirus & Realtime alert, it also contains Symantec Mail Security for Exchange. It always detects a virus "W32.Mytob.AQ@mm" in D:Program FilesSymantecSMSMSE4.6ServerTemp|VAP468.tmp. I have scanned the server with all the possible removal tools, but I still get this virus alert. How can I resolve this issue?

Symantec outlines specific steps to manually remove this worm at www.symantec.com. I would suggest trying these steps first. Otherwise, try one or more of the various free anti-virus tools available. A Google query of "free antivirus" should be able to point you in the right direction.
