Server crashes when users connect to Win2k Advanced Server

When users are connecting to a Win2000 Advanced Server running Terminal Services RDP5.0 in application servers mode, once in a while the server will crash and reboot with a failure in HPWQ6ENG.DLL Page FaultIn Non Paged Area. I've looked for this issue and cannot seem to find out what is causing this. Any clues?
One possibility is that this is a faulty printer driver. HP drivers are notorious for being problematic with Terminal Services. See if a more current version of the driver is available, or stop using it and see if the problem goes away.
