Tracking who's logged on to Windows Server 2003 domain at any given time

I am trying to track people on the domain (Windows Server 2003) to figure out who is logged on and who is logged off at any given time. How can I display this?
You can use the net sessions command at a command prompt, or better yet, check out Sysinternals' PsLoggedOn. This tool can show locally and remotely logged-on users.
