Using the SCWCMD utility to check Group Policy on a Windows Server 2003 network

If we have about 200 systems connected to a Windows 2003 network and policy is applied to all systems, how can we check whether all the systems are under policy (i.e., the policy has been successfully applied)?
You can use the SCWCMD utility to do this. See my tip for more information on using this command-line tool.
