What security options should I set for Windows 2000 server?

I am installing a clean Windows 2000 Server. I want the best security possible on the server. What security options should I set in place?
First, go to www.Microsoft.com/security and read the security bulletins. Then, install all sp4 patches and post sp4 patches. Be sure to install W2k on a network isolated from your work network and isolated from Internet. Also, read through Microsoft's checklists for security. There are hundreds of security settings. Read Security Operations Guide for Windows 2000 for best practices and free templates that can help you secure W2k. Bottom line, there is no magic bullet.
