QUESTION POSED ON: 18 April 2005
I had Windows XP Home Edition and upgraded to XP Professional. When I open Visual Studio.NET and create a Windows application I am not able to execute it. I get the error: "Unable to run the project: debug failed ... run setup to install or repair the debugger."

What can I do to fix this?
