With the Blackbox Data Recorder, SysTrack replays system, disk, network, application and user issues as they occurred, allowing statistical correlation on one screen to help identify problems.
SysTrack collects hardware and software inventory to produce reports on web usage per individual user id as well as allows administrators to restrict web usage for authorized sites and block unwanted sites from users.
Additional SysTrack capabilities include:
- Extended SCCM functionality allowing system issues to be traced back to any hardware or software change and execute configuration management reports to differentiate all hardware and software related differences between two systems
- Predicts when new hardware is necessary and can identify what area of hardware concerns must be addressed with the combination of user activity and application resource requirements and resource trending
- Detects which applications have crashed in the environment and identifies if the application requires fixing with application fault detection
System requirements: Windows Server 2008 or 2003, and Windows Vista or Windows XP. Monitored Systems requirements include the above requirements and Windows NT 4.0 with Service Pack 6 or higher.
