Here's a quick and easy way to find out who is logged onto a Windows XP or Windows 2000 workstation.

Use the Help and Support tab in Windows XP or Windows 2000 and search for "Offer Remote Assistance." If you double click on the entry that you find there, you will be presented with a text box. Type the computer name that you are interested in getting information about and then click connect. You will be presented with a complete list of the currently logged on usernames.
