Perform a search for sysoc.inf.
Open the file in notepad/wordpad (be sure to back up the file first in case you want to roll it back).
Do a "Find and Replace" for the word HIDE, and replace it with a space.
Save it.
Now go to Control Panel - Add / Remove programs and see all the extra stuff that is usually hidden.
