If you've been experiencing server crashes on a Windows 2000 server with Event ID: 2019, take a look at your UPS software. Belkin UPS software ship with Bulldog Plus which monitors their UPS and shuts down the server gracefully in the event of a power failure. This software would crash my server every six days. FYI, my server has 1Gb of RAM. Once I removed the software, the crashing stopped.
