Microsoft announces Windows 7 availability timeframe at TechEd 2009

The Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 operating systems are "on track" to hit the market by the holiday season.

That was the word from Bill Veghte, Windows senior vice president, during his Microsoft TechEd 2009 keynote. Watch Veghte discuss the Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 availability timeframe in this video from the TechEd 2009 conference.
