Adjusting custom settings for users as an administrator

Windows hardening expert Jonathan Hassell shows your users how to adjust custom printer settings in a network without granting them administrator rights.

I have users that are Powerusers, but they cannot create custom printer page sizes as these users. An administrator can do this but they cannot. Is there any way around this that will not cause me to give them administrative rights?

I believe by assigning the "Manage Documents" right to these users (or more appropriately, the group containing these users), you will be granting them the permissions necessary to adjust the paper sizes. You might need to experiment with the advanced security settings to get the proper arrangements.
