Will my computer changes affect the SID?

If I copy a hard drive to another hard drive, keep the same domain, but change the computer name and assign a new fixed IP, will this process be affected by the security identifier (SID)?
I'm not sure what you are asking here, but will do my best to answer the question I think you are asking. If you copy data from one hard drive (formatted with NTFS) to another and the new hard drive is formatted with NTFS, the folders will inherit the permissions assigned to the root of the drive (or to the folder the files are copied to if they are copied to a folder on the server). Control NTFS permissions inheritance in Windows explains this, but be aware that changing the permission inheritance attribute before copying files will not prevent the files from inheriting the permission on the new volume.
